Our experimental short film SURFACE NOISE will have its international premiere at the Berlin Film Festival this week as part of the Forum Expanded programme. Directed by David Phillips, Tim Blue, and Paul Rowley, the film uses film restoration technology to isolate the damaged elements of old film prints, the dust, dirt, and scratches. This material was then used to create the film, which looks at political unrest and state violence. More info here:
